CNVFY is designed around browser-side conversion. Supported files are selected locally and processed in the current browser tab rather than uploaded to a remote conversion queue.

Favorites and conversion history are stored in the visitor browser by default. If Firebase sync is enabled, signed-in user records can be stored in the configured Firestore collection.

Public analytics should measure converter usage, search terms, device type, referrers, and broad location signals. Admin, sign-in, sign-up, and account pages are excluded from local analytics tracking.

Admin pages are marked noindex. Production Firebase rules, server authentication, and database access policies should protect private data before launch.

Before launch, add your production support email, legal business name if applicable, cookie disclosure, retention period, and region-specific privacy language for the countries you serve.
